2-1/2" Steel Terminal Cap For Chain Link Fences

When it comes to making a chain link fence appear whole and complete, terminal caps are a must have. Corner posts, gate posts, and end posts are hollow, with wide openings through which detritus can fall. Debris inside your fence posts can, over time, weaken your fence's strength and integrity. There's also a potential safety hazard: the edges of the post openings can become sharp with time, thereby risking accidental cuts when people come in contact with them. The 2-1/2" Steel Terminal Cap is designed to cover these openings.

Attaching this terminal cap is easy. Place the cap over the opening on the post and press it down until it fits. Use a rubber mallet to gently tap it into place if neeeded. This cap features a domed shape and rounded edges. This makes it safe to handle both before and after installation on your chain link fence. It is made of steel and fits 2-1/2" chain link fence posts.
